Compliments, Concerns and Complaints
We want to work with parents and carers to make life at school as happy as possible for our children. We take your views and those of your children seriously and welcome your ideas, thoughts and suggestions.
We seek the views and listen to parents and carers in many different ways:
- staff members on the gate are happy to take information or minor concerns into school for you
- class teachers are available at the end of the day for a quick chat (please wait until they have safely dismissed the class
- the headteacher and senior staff will happily talk to you over the phone or in person
- we send out an annual questionnaire to seek the views of parents and carers and these are carefully analysed and responded to.
Very occasionally concerns or worries cannot be so easily dealt with and the school has a complaints policy which clearly explains how to take a matter further.
