Parental Support

Parental Support Worker

Jenifer Alalawi is the Parental Support Worker (PSW) for Peacehaven Heights Primary School. Jenifer can offer a free and confidential service for parents and carers and is here to support you and your child with issues at home or at school. Jenifer can sign post you in the right direction for further advice. Jenifer can also offer support with housing, benefits, health and medical issues and support with filling in forms. Jenifer is available for home visits.

Nursery : If any families are having difficulties with their 30 Hours applications please call the HMRC helpline on 0300 123 4097. Their staff can advise on technical issues, as well as answer queries regarding eligibility.
